The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The welcome pack with cereals, tea bags and coffee pods etc was a lovely touch. We really enjoyed our stay.

location was fairly private and we liked the farm vibe. It's a really cute cabin and good to actually be able to unwind where there is no wifi or data. The host was very informative in his messages and even gave me a call prior to arriving to explain the gates, the compost toilet etc. The town nearby is close and was accessible to get to for food.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Location in a quite village, with a lovely pub, The Bay Horse, across the road, reasonably priced & good food.
Beautifully renovated cottage, done to a high standard, with a lovely shower room & bath robes. Very clean & comfy.
The homemade shortbread biscuits were lovely, thank you.
Easy to find and ample parking outside.
Great central location for County Durham, & can recommend a trip to Locomotive, just a mile down the road.

Fabulous quirky house! Very clean, comfortable beds. Little additions of bottled water on bed side tables and fresh milk in fridge was a good unexpected touch!

How nice, I was greeted with a packet of biscuits on the kitchen worktop near the kettle. Obviously left by the host, thank you :-)
