Beautiful old 16th century cottage with charm and character. Very relaxing with hot tub & sauna. Comfortable beds and sofa.Very well equipped kitchen and fabulous welcome basket of goodies.
Lots of extras to make it special and a real home from home comfortable experience, e.g., coffee machine & pods, pizza oven, hair dryers, hot water bottles, fans, TV streaming service, and excellent WIFI.

On arrival, we received a friendly welcome from Caron and were shown into the Little Barn. What's the saying? Good things come in little packages...well, it's certainly true in this case.
The interior of the little barn is perfectly proportioned and has everything you need for a cosy, comfortable stay, and it was spotlessly clean.
My partner and I booked this for a relaxing weekend away from the stresses of everyday life, and it certainly didn't disappoint. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

Had a wonderful stay at the owls hoot, a great couple of nights away with my girlfriend especially with having the hot tub and sauna to enjoy, there are other houses around you but it feels totally private as the garden isn't overlooked by the neighbours.
Definitely recommend and would love to stay again especially as it's fairly local to me.

We had a lovely week during the late July heatwave. The host Jo greeted us and was lovely. The cottage was clean, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great for trips inland or to the coast and had a couple of good pubs around a 25-minute stroll away. We made good use of the Bbq facilities and stargazers will appreciate the dark skies. All in an excellent week.

It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of nice touches on the inside. Do not be fooled by the picture of the exterior, inside is like an Aladdin’s cave.

We stayed here for one night for a wedding, wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was fabulous, the cottage was clean, fresh and luxurious. Great facilities. We even asked the host if we could check in earlier, which was accommodated for! Can’t wait to come back!
