We had a wonderful stay, it is a beautiful cottage- so cosy, spotless with huge comfortable beds. It had everything we needed for our stay-fully equipped large kitchen,tea coffee etc lovely welcome pack which was so kind. Perfect location in Newcastle. Highlight for us was the outdoor seating area looking right over a river and spotted some wildlife plus the amazing views of Slieve Donard and the Mournes from the house! Will definitely be back!

The property was a delight. Wife and kids were so happy that the property was so warm despite the heating turned off. We didn't want to leave as it was better than we could have imagined. Bottle of bubbly to welcome us. It was wonderful. A real home from home. I'd recommend this without doubt. Very close to the town and other worthwhile excursions.

The Courtyard was excellent in every way spotless clean, furniture and beds very comfortable. Hannah contacted us and sorted out the key for us everything went well and she left us so many goodies to enjoy we really appreciated it on arrival we will certainly be going back next time we go to Newcastle.

The cottage is in the most beautiful setting with a view of the Mournes and a lovely outdoor seating area. Inside has all the facilities you could need, with a really comfy bed and a log-burning stove. The edible goodies were an added bonus! I highly recommend this accommodation and Jan was a great host.
