Very bright and airy and super clean. The garden was amazing for the dogs to run around with the security of them not escaping.

The owner has put a lot of effort into making the premises comfy by including everything needed for a couple to stay for a few days. Every home comfort was at hand. Easy to follow entry instructions were provided prior to arrival..free on site parking and a regular bus nearby into the city.

Absolutely superb property immaculate throughout and everything 100% attention to detail. Everything meticulously thought of by host just what you need for a wonderful stay. Fantastic location in the centre of Norwich in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Matthew was a great host and sorted out the few minor issues very quickly. The guys had great fun in the games room.

Photos don’t do this place justice.. it is huge! Absolutely spotlessly clean, massive comfy bed, loads of complementary extras. The hosts are the best and so helpful. Hope to stay again when back in the area and would highly recommend.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Querky! Fab restaurant and bar - amazing food - totally underpriced. Super helpful staff. Rooms with quality furniture, comfy beds and very clean. Water/biscuits etc in room replenished daily. Powerful & hot shower. Great rural location, but village shop etc nearby. Good wifi and parking.
The location is great, the rooms are big and very clean. The staff were very nice and seem to really enjoy working there, I would recommend the Sunday carvery and their large selection of cakes and desserts! Very friendly and cosy, no pretence or weird vibes, just nice and relaxed.
Although only there for one night we had a really good experience.The gentleman at reception managed to solve the mystery of no reservation -think the booking service had only given my first names,the room was very clean ad the shower was powerful and HOT.Thanks to the lady who retrieved my paperwork form the room after i had checked out and dropped my key in the box!!
Staff where fantastic very friendly and nothing was to much trouble . Room was was a good size and very clean food was very good quality and we are looking forward to our next visit in 2 weeks
Chose not to have breakfasts, but the menu looked good. We ate an evening meal which was fine (excellent puds) and the staff were very accommodating.
Friendly staff and welcoming when we phoned to say we'd be late checking in, not a problem.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable and in good decorative order.
Beautiful, peaceful location. Great grounds for walking in and our dog was welcomed.

We were very pleased to have a nice quiet room upstairs. It was spacious and there was plenty of storage for clothes etc. My wife was particularly pleased that there was a bath as well as a shower in the good-sized bathroom. Everywhere was very clean. We were glad to find a Gideon's Bible in a drawer, which we always use. We thought that the breakfast was reasonably priced, and the staff were pleasant and attentive. The location by the river was very scenic.
