It was very isolated with no one around which was perfect. We were very lucky to see monkjack deer in the morning. It was also the ideal location to visit family and other places of interest.

The view, easy access to the beach, the huge patio doors! Nice kitchen, comfy settees, easy living. Lovely patio! Lots of airy windows. They have really thought about detail. We would like to go back there. And I mustn’t forget the palm tree!! We loved it!

Everything was fine in the property, good size rooms, well decorated with a modern kitchen and bathroom which left us wanting for nothing.
The garden looked great also but it wasn't the time of year to take advantage of it unfortunately.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Greenacres is a beautiful holiday home, the property is well kept and the decor is lovely. The property has been well thought out, you can see the attention to detail. From the well equipped kitchen with tea/coffee and biscuits. To the towels and toiletries to the lovely private patio with a table and chairs and sun loungers with cushions.
The location is perfect for exploring Suffolk. The host was very welcoming and attentive. Would highly recommend Greenacres and will definitely visit again.

very clean & tidy. Has it’s own separate patio space for privacy and was nice and peaceful. Towels were provided and there was tea/coffee/biscuits too! We stayed here for a wedding at Glemham Hall and it was perfect distance away (approx 10 mins by car)
