Machair House, vacation home in Iona

The spacious holiday home features 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a toaster and a fridge. Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace.

The location was perfect, tucked away at the back of this stunning island, near a beautiful deserted beach, even in August! The Staffa trip was fantastic!

    We enjoyed our amazing time in this lovely and beautiful Iona Pod. Such a wonderful experience with the sea view. We found it very comfortable and everything was set up perfectly and put in the right place. Very cleaned. The location is also great. Not far from the Abbey (10min walk) and the ferry terminal (15-20min walk). We found that the area of these Pods is a very powerful energy spot as it is at the foot of Dun I, Iona’s highest point (333ft). Lovely and friendly staff. We highly recommend Iona Pods.

    The pod was so cosy, the underfloor heating is fantastic. spacious for the 2 of us. very clean shower facilities were great, really clean washing toom also great

    Everything was great. Loved the surrounding views (great weather helped). Comfortable. Convenient. Slept great on the mattress. Pod was cozy. Could get pretty tight in very bad weather. Bathroom and washroom set up was very good and better than expected. Very clean. Dot was very responsive.
