Kim was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome. Even when the event we were attending was cancelled for a day, she provided us with a list of things to do instead of we wanted to. The house had everything we needed to be a base for our festival trip. It was a great little home.

This place is absolutely exceptional. The location of the property is so serene, surrounded by gorgeous landscape and beautiful woods. The hut itself though might look small, is in reality not small at all. It's cozy, well-equipped, great bathroom and shower and just generally well thought out. There is plenty of room for storage of under the bed, which is also lengthy enough to accommodate me at 6'0" with room to spare. The outdoor seating area has a beautiful outlook, seating, and a grill, which was our main means of cooking. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and utensils and glassware. Overall it was in all honesty a pleasure to stay at the little hut, almost every means of modern comfort was there in a setting that was breathtaking and Zen. I also have to mention our host Kim, who was incredible and made sure that we wanted for nothing, changes of linens, towels, menus for local places that deliver, extra comfy garden chairs, pizza oven attachment for the grill, offered to take us out and show us around the woods, she even got us some of her fresh chicken eggs! An absolute sweetheart of a host, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book here again.

Close proximity to Goodwood race circuit was brilliant, and as my father is elderly, the property was perfect as it was all on one level, with easy access to all areas and even some handrails ! Walk in hot shower and comfy beds too, and beautiful view of the forest in their grounds. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and provided lots of breakfast cereals, bread, butter milk and even some beers! We would definitely stay again if we come back.
