What a fabulous house with lots of charm in a great location, close to the town centre. We stayed as a group and there was plenty of room and the owner was very welcoming and accommodating and responded to all messages very promptly during the booking process. The house was very clean and comfortable and had every amenity making it a real home from home. Would highly recommend this property.

The house was very clean and comfortable and in a great location within walking distance of the shops & amenities. It was very spacious with large and comfortable beds. Being able to leave our cases after checkout and then having help to get to the station after our stay was also very kind and much appreciated.

House facilities were good with off street free parking. Great for Cheltenham Lit Festival with access via bus or walk into town.
Quiet property, little noise over night despite closeness to main road.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Welcoming pots of geraniums outside. Lovely view of the gardens. Useful courtyard with outdoor furniture. Very clean. Good facilities including a fridge. Large bathroom with a shower and seperate bath. Good quality furnishings.
A beautifully presented modern and newly developed property kitted out with pretty much all that was needed for our Christmas stay with our elderly small dog. We were the only occupants in the development during the 5 days so it was peaceful and quiet as is the location. Bright, airy and very comfortable. Very clean. There are clearly plans for further developing the location. 2 pubs a 5 min drive or 20-30 min walk away - good food - lots of villages/small towns to explore close by and some great walks.
