The Grain House is such an amazing quirky property. Beautifully appointed, well equipped kitchen, great shower. The location is stunning, looking out onto open countryside. Plenty of parking and really easy to follow instructions for finding and accessing the property.

Lovely room at Stay@Baker Street. The room was bright and clean. The bed was comfy, and showering facilities were great. Quite a small room, but it didn't matter as I only needed a place to sleep for the nights.
The kitchen had all the facilities you'd need. Quite untidy, but given its communal area, I suppose other guests have been using it.
Good value for money. I'd be happy to stay here again in the future

Well equipped property including a dishwasher and washing machine. Close to local shops and also to the centre of Derby. Extremely clean on arrival, bedding and towels smelt freshly laundered. Hosts could not have been more helpful and responsive. A couple of minor issues during our stay were dealt with incredibly fast and with a lovely manner, nothing was too much trouble. We needed to extend our stay and the hosts were incredibly accommodating for this too. Would recommend!

They well equipped everything, put added extras in there which was a nice touch. It was very clean and very spacious and a great location close to the centre.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Where the hotel was situated, all staff including those on reception when checking in and out, staff in the restaurant in the evening and at breakfast plus the cleaning staff all very pleasant and helpful. Great value for money , rooms very clean , food excellent would recommend and book a stay again.
