We had the best time in the house, it was beautiful! The bedrooms/beds were all so pretty with super comfy mattresses. There’s two living rooms, a dining room and a kitchen so plenty of places inside to sit/relax. The outside is so pretty with a bbq area and hot tub plus a pool table/darts room right next to these so plenty to do and plenty of socialising areas. Ideal for big groups of friends or family, would love to stay here again and would highly recommend!

I could hear the river from my Lodge. Even though that this is in majority a caravan park. Every part of the park is smartly organised, so no one is getting in the way of others. My Lodge was super clean - and I mean it as I am a mobile cleaner who specialises in deep cleans.
The communications was on a high level - I was even asked as how I am enjoying the stay or if I need anything, which happens rarely to me.
The park is close to the shops as Lidl - around 6 minutes drive, petrol stations or tourist attractions. Clogs in Arbroath are only 25 minutes away and Reekie LinnWatwrfall and pathways 30 minutes.
What about the lodge. It's small but it can accommodate more than you think. The sitting area is transformed in double bed with comfy mattress and pillows - belive me! Usually I take my own pillows as I cannot sleep without them anywhere else! This time I didn't had a chance to take them with me. Fortunately, the park take care of the quality. There's everything what you need for sleeping or cooking - cutlery, pots, dishes, etc.
Lots of local attractions is provided in a form of leaflets. Checking in & out is easy and well communicated.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
It's a lovely place very clean we slept well the bed is very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent you could have anything you wanted Agnes is a lovely lady told about where we could dine at night and what was happening the day we arrived which was very helpful would recommend Agnes and her place to anybody 😊

A comfy and cosy bed. Had a great nights sleep. Such a peaceful location. Breakfast was very tasty. Would happily recommend and also stay again.
Excellent facilities, including kitchen utensils (only missing a colander). Spacious with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower). Easy check-in (key safe). Very clean. Lots of sockets. Modern decor. Not overlooking any houses from the living room (you can see gardens and woodland beyond). Handy location for Brechin Train Station (heritage railway). Host gave plenty of information about key collection, car parking etc.
We were visiting Brechin to attend a murder mystery event at the Steam railway. The house was perfect as it was within short walking distance of this location. It was very clean and met all our needs. We had a lovely stay - thank you!
Breakfast was very good, the staff were very friendly and attentive. We also had a dinner at night which was very good. The room was nice size and bed was comfy ,bathroom very clean. The only thing I would say the carpet in the room could do with being replaced, but the room was very clean. The staff were all very nice to us great people.
