The location was brilliant as we were going to a wedding at the castle. The pottery was so cosy and ticked all the boxes, both of the owners were so welcoming and attentive. We even got lucky with the chickens and had fresh eggs! We will definitely be returning. 5*****

A wonderful home in a gorgeous setting. We loved the quiet setting and having a detached house. The home is spacious and very clean. The owners are lovely. I highly recommend this property if the location suits your travel.

This is such a great little place around 20-30mins outside of Edinburgh. There's a train station nearby with free parking that goes to Edinburgh city, so such a nice option for exploring the city but still having that country feel. The cottage is attached to the end of the host's house, but they're so quiet (or the soundproofing is really good) that you can't hear anything! It was lovely to sit by the electric fire and warm up on a chilly day! Kitchen has everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen picture doesn't show, but there is a washing machine which was super handy. No dryer, but there's a small clothes rack in a cupboard. Kate was really lovely and welcoming and a lovely host.

Such a cozy cottage with beautiful views! Loved our time here. The wood burning stove was used every morning and evening and has been a great bonus! Our family of 5 is thankful for finding this gem in the middle of the Scottish land and our youngest son gave it a 5⭐️ rating!

Great holiday home. We were 11 of us. Was perfect for all of us. Have all the facilities you need for a big family. Well clean and tidy. Cooking facilities was excellent. Will definitely live there if we’ll visit Scotland again.
