Everything was perfect - the best stay we’ve had for a long time. The house was lovely and in a great location - only 10 minutes walk from Aldeburgh but in a quiet road so no traffic noise. There was only two of us so plenty of space and everything was spotless. Lovely shower. Recommend booking dinner well in advance- we booked before our holiday. The Lighthouse restaurant is wonderful.

Very clean large room and bathroom with good facilities. Complementary bottled water and biscuits in room on arrival. Nice open view from bedroom looking over fields and marsh. Full english breakfast was very good and Sunday roast was tasty although a pricey.
Cute little cottage, the description on the site was accurate, very private but with easy access to the main roads, the bed was really comfortable, very clean, ample parking space, big tv in the bedroom and another one in the lounge-kitchen area.
Double bed with a large T.V. in front of it was a surprise aswell as a T.V. upstairs in the lounge area. Had a good night's sleep and didn't hear much road noise either. Very clean throughout and well appointed.
