Great location for us as our family lived only 1 mile down the road. Lovely 3 bedroom with separate lounge and kitchen.
Friendly neighbours in a quiet area. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was so great and the location is quite which is exactly what we needed after a busy day at comicon.
Loved that there was coffee tea and Sugar available on arrival. The kitchen also had plenty of dishes cups glasses and cutlery. Loved that there was a can opener. We didn't need to use the stove but there were plenty of pots and pans if we needed and trays for the oven.
The beds were comfortable and loved that there were extra pillows for comfort.
Big win on the bath towels being the sheets and nice and soft. The hand wash was a lovely touch and there were plenty of toilet roll as well.
Will stay again when we come up next time and have shared with friends and family looking to visit the city.

we booked here for the night to go take a tour around the lfc stadium, when we arrived it was easy access using the key safety code communication was brilliant for the owner who contacted me and exolained everything, on entering everything was spotless clean. 3 large double bedrooms with comfortable beds, the bedding was spotless clean. in the living area had a large comfortable corner sofa with a tv on the wall. the Property had internet which was good for thr children at night. large kitchen with all your basics that you need. heating system which was very good as it did then chilly.
upstairs was a large family bathroom with a walk in shower room, had clean towels. (plenty of toliet roll 👌) all in all this was a lovely house that they have made very comfortable for people's stay. if we ever go back to Liverpool here is where I will book. my children loved being here they didn't want to leave. so all round everyone was happy.

Everything, it was easy to find, simple instructions to enter the house. The house was lovely and had everything we needed. There were even shampoo and shower gel for free.

Location and view from window of Liverpool skyline. Cheryl was a dynamo and had a wealth of knowledge. Very engaging and helpful. Very quiet and very clean. Bed made daily and included full breakfast and cereals.
Very clean extremely quiet thought I was on my own. Facilities very close my son lived fifteen minutes away. The staff did everything they could to help. Slept like a baby.
