We had a wonderful 2-week stay at Gite Chez Mimie and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the Alsaces / Munster Valley region. Wow, what a gem. Mimie gave us a warm welcome, and the place is very cozy and charming with everything you could need. The kitchen is well-equipped, the Wifi is fast enough for teleworking, and the beds are super comfortable. Hiking in the region is excellent, with many trails accessible without even getting in your car. The sauna is superb, the views from the deck are gorgeous, and the daily visiting deer really added to the ambiance. Fall is an excellent time to visit! Thank you Mimie for sharing your home with us - we loved everything about it!

Fantastic location, the gite is in its own valley surrounded by trees, with plenty of trails to follow from the doorstep. The bakery/cafe (Au Petit Schlitteur, which is excellent) is only 15/20 mins walk away in Muhlbach). The gite is finished to a very high standard, with all amenities that you're likely to need. Cannot recommend it highly enough!
