The house is large, each room has a bathroom, the location is good, 3 minutes walk from the metro, several stations from the center. The owner is wonderful, always in touch, delivered the keys to us on time, helped us with an additional service without extra charge. I recommend

Great location. Very close to the subway station and yet the neighborhood is extremely silent, which is great. Apartment is nicely decorated, terrace is great, perfect place for a family with 2 kids. I liked that there were already Barcelona guide books, umbrellas, sunscreen etc. in the apartment, which we didn’t expect. Host was very helpful too.

This was a great place to stay. It was close to the metro with easy access to the city. The rooftop terrace was a great place for enjoying the view or a glass of wine.

The house is beautiful and very cleaned. Has a nice terrace for a chill night outside and 10 minutes by walk away from the beach.
The location is really good for a chill holiday at the beach, with lots of restaurants and shops, but also 3 minutes away from the subway station. That makes it easy to reach places like the Sagrada Familia, Casa Battlò, Park Guàll.
We are a group of young girls and we were able to easily reach the Barceloneta (main discos and bar street) and get back safely with taxis and subways.
All around best host experience we’ve ever had.

This was an ideal property for our family of 5 to relax in and make visits to the city centre. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was nice to find lots of herbs and spices and a few basics in the kitchen too. The pool area is lovely and having it heated was a treat for our morning dip! We made good use of the barbecue too.
Manu was a fabulous host, taking the time and trouble to ensure our comfort, responding quickly to our questions and offering really helpful advice for travelling around the area. Buying a 10 journey ticket for the buses and metro was a very good deal. (It's worth knowing that one 'tap' lasts for 75 minutes so you can make the 30 min bus journey in, and get on the metro to the centre and that will be counted as one journey).
The neighbourhood is quiet and we enjoyed spotting the wild boar in the bushes!
If we make a return trip to Barcelona we will definitely stay here again.

So impressed with the number of beds and how clean the entire house was. Terrace area is beautiful. Host in constant contact throughout our stay so we felt very well looked after
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The room is very clean. Someone doesn’t like the location of the wash basin. I have no problem with that and even feel more convenient since it has two basins
I 'like the area near the police station ,in the the corner ,lovely view from pool on the roof ,spacious living room comfortable sofa , very clean with lovely garden inside the hotel.
We started in Alicante for one night in a 3 star hotel location was absolutely brilliant right by the station very very clean as much coffee or tea that you wanted staff was very good I would say this hotel that we stayed in in Barcelona is only a 3 star not a four and a half stars
I chose this hotel to catch a flight, and it was beyond my expectation. Security was highly regarded and room card was necessary to get into the room building as well as the lift. The room itself was very clean, sunny and spacious, especially in storage space. I also quite like the shower, which was hot and with strong flow.
