The place seems to be out of a fairy tale. It's simply lovely. Also, the details from the wonderful towels in the bathroom, to the different spices and the great selection of teas in the kitchen. We loved it.

The location was exactly what I was looking for: a smaller, quiet area due to the whole Covid situation but still close enough to Valencia, about a 15mins drive to the city center. Anything you might need is in walking distance: restaurants, bars, supermarket or small local shops, public beach or bus station. I can understand why others didn't give the best reviews, the house is not new, or the furniture, but for my group of 7 people this was great: a cozy old house around a private harbor with 3 different floors: the first one with a small bathroom, living area, kitchen and a terrace with direct access to the port, on the second floor there are three bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and an additional bathroom for the other two rooms. The upper floor counts with another three bedrooms, one with a beautiful balcony with chairs to relax, and another bathroom. Additional there is a garage for two cars. The host was great and provided all the information needed and took ok the fact that I was late with the checkout (about 30mins max) due to issues with the rental car.

I loved the location. The beach was just a couple of minutes away and there was plenty of restaurants nearby. About a half mile away was a huge merchandise and grocery store and the bus stop for going to Valencia.

This house is fantastic. Very nice restored. Very big spaces and 4 double beds. 3 bathrooms and a nice terrace. In the kitchen there is everything you need, even some nice wine glasses. The view from the big terrace is nice. Location is a little bit outside Valencia but we rented bikes and it was only a 10 minute bike ride so that was quite easy.

The location is perfect: on quiet side street with only short walk to beach and boulevard. Inside townhouse felt new and spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, with all the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The centerpiece is the wonderful common room connected by huge wall-door to awesome outdoor lounge. Our host Ara was welcoming and gracious, even treating us with a variety of snacks and drinks to jump start our stay. My advice: book this place and don’t look back. Staying here will be the best decision you’ve made in a long time.
