Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of space in the "living" area. Appreciated the fridge in the room. A lovely patio off our bedroom, for our own use. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Even brewed us a fresh pot of coffee at 6AM! Breakfast was well worth the modest additional charge, and was prepared for us upon request. Freshly cut fruit cocktail was also appreciated.

Very easy to find and convenient to downtown Gananoque dining and waterfront. Was an excellent place to stop on the way to Niagara Falls. Very clean, and because the weather was still cool, was able to take advantage of the screened windows for cross-ventilation and cooling.

Gorgeous location right on the lake and the waterfront trail. Really lovely hosts who were super friendly and really flexible in enabling us to hire bikes last minute. Room spacious and very clean. Amazing breakfast - the best we've had on our 2 week trip by a long way.

Good surprise for the spacious room it was really comfortable to move around. The carpet was nice and the room was very clean and comfy, there was a luxurious feeling. The breakfast to take out was nice enough (yoghurt, juice, cakes/cereals bars, bananas and hot drinks)

The breakfast was perfect, the room was very clean, big and confortable. The bedrooms were confortable, clean and the heating was really very good. It could have had some wine in the refrigerator... that would be great to drink some wine in such a lovely place!

Very clean and tidy place. Room was very well equipped with Couch, TV, ,comfortable bed and Desk and Chair. Bathroom very clean with clean towels. Service was excellent, the owner was so nice to me during my one night stay. Breakfast was made fresh with fresh fruit and Omelette and eggs if you like. Otherwise cereal and Bagels with cream cheese. Also almond and plant milk provided. Great view on the lake, its like an B&B from a TV Show.
