Haus-Iris-Mauerbach is the perfect accommodation if you are looking for an apartmant house to book. Beautiful, modern, clean, perfectly equiped & comfortable, in a beautiful & quiet neighbourhoodd - we were amazed by the house and will go back in the future. The host Iris is lovely, super kind and able to help with everything, she even made a brochure with great information about the house, surroundings & Vienna - also her English is really great!
A great pizzeria (Mia Bella) & bikepark (Hohe-Wand-Wiese) are really close if you are looking for some activitly in the near surroundings, but in case of Vienna you can take the bus next to the pizzeria which will take you to the city in less than 20 minutes (we bought the 72 hours ticket which applies from that bus stop too).

I have to highly recommend this accommodation! A beautidul and modern apartment where the owner reálny trought of everything, we packed unnecessarily many suitcases with things that we didn't even need in the end because they were in the apartment. We traveled with a baby, the crib that was in the apartment was unfortunately too smalt for our child, we called the owner and within a few hours he returned with a brand new crib. You simply want to meeting such an owner - nice, sympathetic and vety helpful! 🙂 The surroundings of the apartment are beautiful, right next to the forest, overlooking the lake, peaceful and quiet place, surrounded by nature - just perfect. It was definitely not our last visit!

These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The hotel is situated only a few minutes away from the main street and has parking. The rooms are large and have ample storage and are very clean.
The staff are especially friendly and welcoming and we would not hesitate to stay again.
