The house is super cozy, the hosts have thought carefully about the equipment, everything you need you will find there, even the ski boot dryer, not mentioning the equipment of the kitchen and the bathroom. There was an issue with the reservation, but Florian, the host, was supportive enough and said he would take all communications with Booking on his own. Very friendly family. The apartments are very clean and modern. The queen bed is excellent and comfy, should say that the couch sleeping place is also fine, nevertheless, as the heating oven is working during the night, some fan sounds in the living room could be disturbing for sensitive sleepers. Location is around 15-20 mins drive from Schladming ski slopes.

Great Bathrooms, clean and recently renovated. Convenient kitchen. The house has 2 Bathrooms with shower and toilets, and additional restroom. so total you have 2.5 bathrooms. House can sleep up to 7 (and not just 6). there are 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have queen size beds / 2 twins beds. and 1 bedroom has 1 single twin bed, and in that room you have a Sauna. Overall, our stay in this house was fantastic. The location was great, offering a great view that added to the overall experience. We were also pleasantly surprised by the nice welcoming gift we received upon arrival. One of the highlights of the house was the barbecue place, which allowed us to enjoy delicious meals outdoors. The beds were comfortable and there were multiple TVs available for entertainment. This was especially appreciated by our group of 9 persons. The presence of outdoor toys for kids was a bonus, as it kept them entertained throughout our stay. Additionally, the availability of delicious coffee made our mornings even better. The multiple toilets on each floor were convenient for a large group like ours, ensuring that there were no long waits. The wide range of drinks available in the bar added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Close to Spar shop with 10 mins distance by walk.

Very clean, beautiful and comfortable house. It is located at the edge of the village, which offers you great views of the forest nearby and a very big garden for kids to play. The owners were very friendly! Monika offered us cupcakes fpr our arrival and treated us also with cake and Easter eggs on the Easter day. we will definitely choose it again for our stay.
