The staff are extremely helpful, professional, patient and friendly, especially the gentleman at the desk when I arrived in evening and lady driving the hotel shuttle. I was coming from a long international flight and forgot to ask for their names.

Only fault was the dampness of everything (clothe, etc in room). Know it was from humidity, but tough. Wish there had been washer/dryers available for guests to use.

The Great American Grill restaurant and a 24-hour convenience store are also on-site. All staff were pleasant, friendly, and clearly customer-oriented. Breakfast was good, rooms were very clean, and the property was very nice. Jospeh was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

No trash bags in the trash cans, previous damages to the bathroom door, had to cancel my credit card because of fraudulent charges $266.15 came from the Hotel embassy suites by Hilton Buckhead. The billing office staff would not resolve the fraudulent charge by the Hotel. They temporarily locked me out of my room and had to go to the front check in desk and they asked for my credit card. I showed the staff I had been previously charged for the room and did not need my card again.
I liked everything, from now on when I have to stay at hotels. Hampton Inn by Hilton will be my choice!!!

We chose the Hilton Garden Inn as our jumping off point to our visit to Atlanta. The Georgia Aquarium is across the street as are the Coca Cola Museum and the National Center for Civil and Human Rights (a must see!).
I have to commend the staff at the Hilton Garden Inn, Athens. Of course the hotel was perfect. What wasn't perfect was the unforseen tornado. As the sirens in the area went off, the staff was cool, collected and displayed ultimate professionalism. After the tornado threat came a fire alarm just a few hours later- yet again excellent professionalism. Very impressive 👏 Side note. Breakfast was amazing!!
Upon arrival the hotel didn't have our booking.com reservation. The Hampton Inn didn't have any rooms at their location to accommodate us. The manager however worked with their sister hotel the Hilton Garden Inn next door and was able to get the rooms we needed for our stay. We were very applicative since we needed somewhere to stay. The hotel rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn were nice, clean and cozy.
Breakfast the variety was pretty much what most hotels have except Hilton Garden Inn which has a great breakfast for the same nightly price.
Nice rooms! And they have a great area down by the lobby to sit around and relax in. Gary at the front desk was a great “first impression”. He was very welcoming, conversational and informative! He represented DoubleTree by Hilton well :) Plus he offered us fresh cookies and water after a super long day, big win for us!
Livana Myers your check-in personnel is FIRST CLASS "TOPS" we found her caring/efficient and a true ambassador for HOME2 Suites. The breakfast staff was all accommodating! The valet attendants were pleasant and reassuring. HILTON HOTELS you did it again.
The pictures do not do justice to these rooms: they are much better in reality. We first stayed for 2 days at Hilton Garden Inn just in front and ended up moving to the Best Western for the Friday night, as it was less expensive, by a lot. We preferred the Best Western and thought we should have stayed there from the start. It was really comfortable and the rooms are well designed. Great location too. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment but it is a plus that it is included.
