This Hilton Hotel should not be called a resort… The pool and furniture are the worst I have ever seem for a Hilton Resort. Access to the beach was precariuos - we left two days earlier!!!

Breakfast was unimpressive. Too many carbs, no protein or fiber. I love the location at Ormond Beach for an extended stay, but it is not going to work for us in the future because of the changes Hilton has made.

A lot cleaner than I expected. I had checked out of my room at the Hampton Inn nearby because I didn’t like it and this hotel was the closest. Will definitely stay here if I need to visit this area again.

All staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. A lovely lady showed us how to use the waffle machine and all the reception staff were really kind and patient. The town had such a lovely vibe and the little Rooster Mr Hampton made the visit so much fun. Lovely breakfast and clean, comfy rooms - highly recommended in every way.

The Hampton was super clean - I mean spotless, thanks to a great staff! Breakfast was abundant, varied, great! The staff was the greatest! Some minor disruption from construction, but that should be finished by end of October/early November - but not a big deal. The Tikki bar was a great place for drinks and food - with great people behind the bar!!

Yes, Hilton was very underrated. I booked large room including breakfast but they didn’t allow us to have breakfast. we were eight guest including 4 children. The hotel didn’t allow us to have breakfast and they said we need to pay if we do the breakfast. We’ve been treated very badly. We came to USA from LONDON for holiday, but this hotel treat us as they are underrated hostels. We’re so unhappy and ashamed for the food issues. We want out full refund as disgusted on our summer holiday.

hot tub not working and caution tape around pool ....i have stayed in alot of HIlton hotels being an honors member and this was my least favorite

We loved everything, the location right on the beach 5th floor ocean view (which also is the view of the pool) was awesome! Just open your balcony door and listen to the waves, perfect!! You're also close to everything, Publix is across the street and everything else is within walking distance. This place was more affordable and CLEAN, also the best choice for my family. You can walk either way down the beach and see the other hotels listed on Bookings and if you choose Hilton you will know you made the right decision.

I stay at Hilton Garden Inns all over the country. I do because l have had good experiences. Not at this one. No bar service or food service. Was told that food would be available until 10pm. Breakfast was not available at 9 thirty but the sign says. 10. Was told they can't find people to work. Go to this area fairly often but will not stay here again.
