Wonderful stay! The lobby smells great. The room was very comfortable for a family of 4. The breakfast was nicely assorted (eggs, waffles, fruit, toast, etc). Location wise, there are plenty of good restaurants practically walking distance.

Great location. Was able to walk to shops and restaurant yet the location was still safe and quiet. Friendly helpful staff. We were enjoying our visit so much we decided to add an extra night. The front desk staff (Leslie I think?) was able to call and cancel our reservation at another Hampton Inn and add another night in Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch.

We stayed 7 nights, in this lovely house in a quiet picturesque canopy road. The house is super clean and well equipped, even deckchairs and beach equipment. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck, the trees give a good amount of shade through the hottest part of the day. Excellent location 5 minutes to good supermarkets, 10 minutes to Siesta Key Beach and 16 to Turtle beach both with free parking. The host was extremely helpful answering questions quickly.

Perfect Location. The hotel is definitely more like a 4 star hotel, and not a 2 star motel. Had a Hampton's like vibe. Directly located across from the beach. Room was very large, and modern. Room had mini split AC, kitchenette well stocked with sink, garbage disposal, paper towels and dish soap. The bathroom was large, well stocked with linens, great shower pressure, and very clean. Shower also had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner available. Sink was located outside the bathroom. Room came equipped with iron as well.

the room has bogs and insects and insect that need to be treated each room had a bathroom sink or toilet set problem so i changed my thee month reservation to the Hampton Inn & Suites Sarasota

Tables had not be wiped down at breakfast. The eggs scrambled eggs were uneatable. Other foods were hit and miss. Hampton Inns, Garden Inns and Marriott Courtyards do breakfast better.
