Friendly welcome from reception and a very nice rum punch on arrival too. Wonderful room and great rooftop pool and bar. Great location for Main Street and very walkable to everywhere. Good valet service too.

Sarasota is great! There are plenty of restaurants and stores to go to. plenty of beaches. When going to the beach search on public access to avoiding having to pay for parking. Check out Longboat Key and Lido beach explore through Google maps to find the hidden places to go to.

Only complaint was that beach umbrella had no way to secure it to the ground. No screw in to ground. 2 beach chairs were great. 3 others in closet were not usable. We loved the screened in balcony. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was great. We saved a lot making our own meals. Close to beach. Easy drive to beaches.

To be honest it was a business trip made short with airport...
To be honest it was a business trip made short with airport delays, missing connection flights and lost luggage. I arrived well after 8pm to be fair to the hotel. I missed the business dinner with half dozen of my colleagues and totally scrambled eggs event. My luggage arrived 6 hours prior my flight departure back home.
Location to Downtown Sarasota was great, we enjoyed a quiet walk a few different times to the local Corona cigar bar, the beach wasn't to bad but we came for Siesta key.
The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, although there was 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days, there's a gas station and CVS just down the street so no big deal to get a spare roll.
The area was very quiet, and we liked that.
We took in the Mangroves Kayaking tour during our stay, that was a blast and worth the price.
Fantastic location a block from the beach and a short walk to siesta key village. Really cute and comfy suites, old Florida bungalow style and recently updated. Great property with beautiful pools and common areas. Would definitely stay again. One bedroom suite was on the smaller side but plenty of room for a couple. The two bedroom was very spacious for my daughter’s family with 3 kids.
very nice pool area, we were lucky and have got an update of our room. It is really big and extremely clean. All persons from the hotel team are very kind. We have got a very good tip for seafood. It is a pity that we only stayed for one night! Though we could stay in the pool area for some hours after our checkout. Thanks for your hospitality.

I have never stayed at a hotel that had such friendly and helpful staff. They modeled true hospitality. The hotel was also incredibly clean and comfortable with a beautiful pool area. My kids loved it.
