Hotel was very Central to lots of areas. To walk or catch the subway. Staff were amazing. Especially when we asked to keave our suitcases in storage for three days between stays. Very obliging. Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable as you are a 10 minute walk to Central Park and a 15 minute walk to Times Square and Grand Central. The staff from the receptionists, to the cleaners, to the security guards were extremely kind and helpful and helped us with anything we needed. The room had an amazing view and was very big. If you are questioning whether to stay in this hotel or not, don't even think about it and book here. I've stayed in other hotels in Midtown Manhattan and this was by far the best.
