We have have stayed at this property several times while visiting Holland when it was called City Flats. Now that it is run by Hilton it has maintained the same excellent quality. Friendly staff, beautiful facility and convenient location.
The pool / game area was nice. The beds were not comfortable at all! I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons and was very disapointed at how awful the mattresses were in our room. Breakfast area was very chaotic and not kept full.
The rooms were WAY overpriced for what service we had. Room service never came to our room.
We will definitely not be staying here again. Our visit was more along the lines of what I would have expected from a 1.5 or 2 star hotel.
The breakfast was great! There was many choices and something different each day of our stay. The staff kept everything clean and well stocked. So happy Hampton Inn continues to provide this amenity!
Very minor, not the variety that should have been. No Milk, Cereal, or fruit. Very mediocre. Only went once because of the poor variety. Parents got told they couldn't bring Creal in for kids and special milk they needed.
Rooms were nice and staff was very friendly from front desk to housekeeping. Mat at the front desk was very helpful checking us in and letting us know where to go and what to see. Made our trip enjoyable.
It was all about the outside not up to Hilton standards .
Nothing in comparison to all other Doubletree’s I have been.
