Location to the ball park was Convenient. The pool was not clear and the temp was not good. Hot tub not functioning at all. Bar was too expensive.

The Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor is situated in the centre of all the action. Walk to nearby attractions including the National Aquarium, Camden Yards and Fell's Points. Stroll along the charming waterfront and discover unique shops, gourmet restaurants and an exciting nightlife.

The location was good. The rooms were nice and clean the bathroom was very spacious. Just note valet parking charges $35 I believe and can get back up due to very busy street where the hotel is located but their system is good.

The Homewood Suites Baltimore is within walking distance to many popular sites. The charming Little Italy neighbourhood, the National Aquarium and numerous boutiques and restaurants are only steps away.

Very big suite with all commodities on a high floor. I had a great view of the harbor and the city. The hotel is close to the harbor and in little Italy, great location to walk by the sea / canal in the morning. Breakfast is included at the hotel which I did not remember at the time so it was a great surprise to be treated to food. It was basic but it did the job.

I felt bad for the Hilton employees as they were locked out of their kitchen and couldn't get food out. The food that my boyfriend and I did have was yummy, especially the pancakes and sausage. Overall it was good.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Tru by Hilton. The facility was clean and family friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. My son really enjoyed the pancake machine the hotel had! We would stay here again!

I thought the hotel was incredibly charming, from the blue leopard print carpet in our room to the custom canopy bed and matching closet. The devil is in the details, and this place absolutely nails the luxury and comfortable charm that the designers are going for. I will definitely be recommending a stay to others, as the staff were courteous and helpful, the room was beautiful, and the lobby and bar, Blooms, were so well-crafted.

Great location for my conference at the Hilton. Bathroom amenities were sustainable refillable containers. Nice comfortable bed and pillows. Great customer service and quick response when I was trying to contact them since I was arriving in Baltimore later than the check in times.

It was easy to book same day, the staff was very friendly and inviting. We had a previous room stay from hell from another facility and coming in to the Tru by Hilton was an extreme relieve and comfort. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful surprise. The room was exactly as pictured. Would come again for a longer stay.

We were unable to stay since the hotel had no power. They helped us to move and check in to an alternative hotel. Please can you confirm we were not charged for Tru by Hilton as we were assured we would not be.

There is valet parking which is necessary at this Hampton Inn. Our room was wonderful, spacious with lots of light. The hotel is across the street from Camden Yards which makes it a perfect place to stay for games. Staff is very friendly.

Room was immaculate. Large bathroom with shower. Queen beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. Hotel staff was amazing. Cole & Miriam in particular called Lyft to order car to pick us up at airport when we were stranded. Lyft drivers were all very personable and helpful in getting us to Camden Yards and helped with auto rental next day. Hotel served hot breakfast, especially liked the pancakes and sausage. Would definitely stay at Tru by Hilton again.

The staff acted like family. They were proud to work there. We didn't have rooms together. Trudy mad sure we had connecting rooms. Food was great. We even watched your maitance guy was literally swept the drive way The breakfast ladies were wearing gloves.we were so delighted. The Hampton inn in Reading Pa is awful.
