Very comfortable, staff were great. Much better hotel than Hampton Inn and Suites which I stayed at as part of the Rocky Mountaineer trip. I was wishing I was back at Blue Horizon all night. A lovely part of Vancouver downtown also with a great choice of restaurants and shops .

I stay at Hamptons when traveling by car so I tried a city Hampton. It was perfectly fine. It’s what I generally receive at any Hampton. Clean room, nice facilities, great staff here in Vancouver.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were so soft. The staff were very polite and it was quiet when going to sleep.

Great location on Robson St, close to buses, shops and restaurants galore. Walking distant to Stanley Park, Canada Place and Granville St. As for the Hotel, you get what you pay for and we never expected the Hilton but for the cost it was good as. The rooms show signs of wear but a wonderful cleaning lady enters the room daily and cleans and makes the bed. The kitchen has a fridge and stove plus a good coffee maker.

Staff and accommodation is very important part of hospitality business and Hampton Inn and suites proven that 👌 we had very great experience. Staff was so friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was so good and very clean environment. I recommend this hotel to your comfort level. All the sightseeing and main attractions are ten to twenty minutes away .nice weather allows you to walk. We even walked in rainy days and hotel staff offers umbrellas to our family. 100% recommend.

We stay at the Hampton when we do weekend getaways into Vancouver. It is easy to get to, convenient, staff are friendly, it has lots of good restaurants nearby walking distance, plus a pub on site, and breakfast there is simply an added bonus, with lovely attentive servers.

We had a great time here, thank you. The 8 is only due the not environmental friendly breakfast. There were so many employees why would you use only plastic and not real plates!? Everything was with plastic, we believe this is not okay anymore. In other Hilton hotels we always had real plates, we don’t understand why this was not the case here.
