The hosts were the kindest people - one of us fell ill during our stay, and they were so concerned and offered to make ginger tea to help us feel better. They were responsive on WhatsApp to any queries we had, and accommodated a later check-out than what we had originally planned. There was a water filter to refill our bottles as well, which was really helpful.

Especially Giang was very helpful and made our trip to Sapa to something very special and enjoyable. Thanks so much. We would book again!
