Stayed here twice, it is the cleanest place we've stayed in Thailand and very welcoming and friendly hosts. 2 minute walk from the bus station and 10 minutes down to the lake. Coffee and tea avaliable. Great location, clean and good facilities for the price. Will be staying again!

The room at Rico resort was lovely and large with two beds that were very comfortable. The property is in a great location with large ponds around the grounds. We opted out of the bbq dinner and breakfast. We only stayed for one night.

Small hotel overlooking the swamp and lake (Kwan Phayao). Located near the main road, but a little outside of Phayao city. Having a car is convienient. Fairly new hotel and it shows, rooms are nice. Ample parking space. No swimming pool. Cheap breakfast (80 THB).

The hosts were the best and they really made this stay perfect. They went above and beyond, making us a delicious cooked breakfast, finding out bus times for us, and showing us around the beautiful place he has built. The area was very quiet and serene too.
This little guest house is just perfect. Everything is like new and kept spotlessly clean. The lady who checks you in is really friendly and helped us out with maps for a bike ride. We loved sitting on our terrace in the peaceful garden. Great location, 5 minutes from the bus station and also the Lake. Good Wi-Fi and delicious coffee.
Beautiful guesthouse. Spotlessly clean. Furnishings, the quality and style of a high rated hotel. A large, detached chalet style room with verandah and small bistro table and chairs. No more than a 5 minute walk from the bus station and shops but in a quiet area. The stunning lake is also only a 10 minute walk away where there are many restaurants to choose from, some over looking the lake at sunset. Not to be missed. I highly recommend this lovely guesthouse with it's lovely family owners.
