Please have patience when it comes to them as they are doing their best. Super friendly and sweet. I love this place, it's modern, cooled air con beds in the dorm. The bed is exceeding my expectations. It's super clean. Remember earplugs as some guests doesn't have the decency to pack their bags outside their room. Seems like it's those at age 45 ++ that just doesn't care much about the noise and are comfortable making noises Could be nice with a reminder for the guest about dorm etiquette. At the time I lived there, Adam told me about the ice bath with the lovely bathtub in the lovely backyard. I hope they get this set soon as there were so many interested in this. They also have bars with self-serviced cold soda, beer and water. You only send him on WhatsApp what you take to put it on the tab. Pay later. There's also work out station and tennis table. People living here are friendly. You gonna end up party with some of them. The service is excellent. Reminds everyone to buy the lovely handmade cook book for 150 bath too. Thanks for a lovely stay Adam and the family I haven't met yet. Such lovely project to expand the area.

Our family spent a week at Yak's and we loved both the whole Klong Kloi area and the bungalows. The "village" is an amazing chill out place with a lovely beach and restaurants. Yak's bungalows might be basic and you will meet all sorts of insects and lizards around but the place has a great vibe. Yak is a tremendous host, with always a smile on his face and ready to help with anything you need. We also liked the communal kitchen where we could make breakfasts and lunches.

First of, Koi and her sister are awesome hosts, always smiling and interact with people. Best people I've met in Thailand. The rooms are very clean and quiet, food is great, and always got some surprises. The place on terrace is very confy and beautiful, a serene place to watch the turtle in the morning and the eagles on the sky. If you need, there are some perfect places to have some work on the laptop. Location on the pier is also great, as you can easily get some boats to travel on other islands. (I've been to Ko Kood and come back to Koi to stay some more nights, and definitively I'll come back again). 7Eleven is just around the corner. Thank you Koi for hospitality!

What a charming place! It's clear that the owner (super nice guy btw) puts a lot of heart to make it something special. We've only had a single night there but would gladly stay for longer in this beautiful garden, relaxing in a hammock on the porch. Also there's a lot of mini marts and cool restaurants very close by. Definitely check out J&K restaurant when you're there!

Situated by the river, Baan Rim Nam offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. A 3-minute walk from Klong Prao beach, the property provides free public parking on site. The rooms are new, extremely clean, spacious and very comfortable. One of the best beds we've found in Thailand :) The place is beautiful, quiet and very relaxing. Free kayaks / sup boards / canoe what makes the trips to the beach or to the nearby restaurants very special (go for a little evening ride on the river, we loved it!). The staff are sweet and helpful. Fast and stable wifi to work + available netflix account. Great value for the price, one of the best stays!

Perfect position between the beach and town, but couldn’t hear any of the loud music coming from Ting Tong or the LB complex bars. Well equipped with coffee making facilities, fridge, clothes horse and wardrobe too.

For this price, it was far better than we expected.

The food there was excellent and I would recommend staying there to anybody who wants a relaxed place right on the water.
