Stayed after taking the ferry to Picton and then driving through wine country. Mark is a great host!

All water to the property is filtered, and guests are welcome to use the organically grown fruits and herbs. Breakfast is optional for the two self-contained studios but included for the B&B guests staying on the top floor of the main house.
What a gem we stumbled upon! We loved everything about our stay in the cottage. It was well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed, and even more. Great value for money.
The biggest highlight for us was the wonderful garden just outside our door, with a lovely artificial pond (by the lovely host Paulina). It felt secluded and peaceful even though we were in the middle of the city.
Location was great - within walking distance of the city and nice walks.

The location was so quiet and peaceful . Bed excellent , cooking facilities great. Very clean and tidy . Shower and toilet room is separate from the main living quarters so a 4/5 meter walk outside is required ,but not a problem and shower etc facilities were very good . Hosts very responsive to any questions 👌.

Well equipped, Clean, own entrance and bed was komfortable. In 5-10 minutes you can reach City Center which IS quiet nice, while the Location itself IS really quiet. Own parking space and free Rental Bike was also good Lisa and Yuki we're really nice hosts

It was very quaint and quiet, with a lot of charm. The hosts were excellent and the place was very clean. We could walk anywhere in town within 15 min. The facilities all worked great and the beds were comfortable. Nice deck in the garden to relax in and enjoy the bird sounds. Beautiful old, historic, and elegant home.
The location was good , close to the city centre and off street parking. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Clean, quiet studio upstairs was great. Highly recommendable.

A last minute booking but what a find! Charming hosts, very helpful with local knowledge - restaurants, etc. Extremely well located property on the edge of the CBD, very quiet at night and quick easy access to the city. VERY comfortable bed, quality linens, great little kitchen (everything you could need). Eco Store body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the shower. Plenty of hot water, heated towel rail - all the comforts of home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location of Peppertree was a quick ride from the airport and perfectly located for an easy flat walk to into town or doing local nature walks. The breakfast choices were excellent and set us up well for the day. We really appreciated the little extras like a plate of fresh fruit and cold water or juice in the fridge. The hosts were friendly and approachable with a good knowledge of the area and activities to do. The street was quiet and felt safe.
