Svingen Guesthouse - Panoramic Fjord Views in Flåm in Flåm provides adults-only accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a shared lounge. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the superb views and comfort of the Guesthouse with the feeling of home away from home. The hosts were very helpful, pleasant and sociable. We definitely recommend a stay here. We did the Train, Zipline and Bike tour which was thrilling. We also enjoyed a guided kayak tour which was a spectacular way to experience Aurlandsfjord.

Hard to walk with suitcase but the owner provide pick up service at quay when we arrive without extra fee I ask him for help to drive me to Flam with all our baggage and I have paid him for extra-service And this journey was extraordinary because he is naturally guide tour provider. He can explains everything in his village, shows us every corner that very beautiful view and makes stop his car to let us take a lot of photo. We loved it and we would like to come back. The owner is amazing and very helpful, the rooms are pretty, the whole place is super clean. A+++

From April to mid-October, Vangsgaarden Gastropub serves meals and drinks in a cosy atmosphere. A buffet breakfast is offered every day at Aabelheim, the oldest building on the site. Nice apartment, right next to the bus station and the local Spar supermarket. Flam is 15 mins by local bus (check the schedule as they are not running all day). Stegastein Viewpoint can be reached by minibuses (you have to book seats online in advance as they are often full). Breakfast and also the dinner were great with nice selection. The room was really clean and spacious, we had fjord view that was an extra bonus. There is free coffee and tea near to the reception and a stylish waiting room too if you need after check-out. Aurland is way less touristy then Flam if you prefer to have a quiet night.

The property is non-smoking and is located 12 km from Kaupanger Stave Church. Very good location in town close to the main road but there was no noise from it. There is a proper kitchen where you can cook if you want. The room was big and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was very clean as well.
