You can also use their bikes and umbrellas for free. Parking is likewise free. The staff member at the reception desk was very helpful and he can speak English well. The location is great, it is across a beach park and just on the main road, with Don Quijote for shopping and the Beppu Tower on the next block.

Free private parking is available on site. This hotel was wonderful! The veiw from the room was beautiful. The yukata fit me even tho I'm a bit plus sized. We both loved the on site onsen. We were able to walk to the Yufuin shopping area in less than 10min. The staff were so kind, I actually had a medical emergency in the middle of the night and the staff helped us call an ambulance and waited around to help us talk to the emts. Despite the medical issues our stay here made the trip wonderful!

They teach me taichi and did it together. I loved their outdoor bath surrounding by rock very much

The location was convenient, close to many tourist attractions including Yukemuri observatory and the famous hell onsens. The room was clean and well-maintained. Most notably, the hosts were super adorable, kind, and generous people and it really made my Beppu trip so much more memorable! I am glad I chose this place and I would pick this again in a heartbeat if I ever get a chance to visit Beppu. Seriously thank you guys and I wish you nothing but the best! 😭
