We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

The hosts were so kind, they greeted me right when I arrived, helped me store my bike, waved at me when they saw me around town, and recommended a delicious spot for breakfast. The room was also clean, well stocked, and quiet. So much value for the very reasonable price.

Its restaurant serves homemade traditional dishes and organic vegetables. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV are provided in all rooms. I was overwhelmed by the hospitality and kindness of the family members. The house is extraordinarily clean, the bed comfortable, breakfast homemade and the whole atmosphere was like visiting grandma in the countryside. I loved it and will definitely come back.
