She explained clearly the additional costs of leaving our car at the property and transferring us to & from the airport. Julie was very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was absolutely immaculate and I’m a fussy customer! It was spotlessly clean & finished to a very high standard. Julie had thought of everything you could possibly need & more. We are so happy we found Julie’s place & would stay again without hesitation.

Lisa was a wonderful host, receiving us in the middle of the night after a last-minute booking, and extending our check out time so I could take a work meeting. The room was fantastic, recently renovated to a high standard, very comfortable bed and good wifi. I was particularly pleased with the complimentary amenities provided, like orange juice and chilled water in the fridge, tea-making facilities including fresh milk, biscuits and snacks - we hadn't anticipated not being home that night and we were low on supplies, so the well-stocked room took some stress away from the whole ordeal. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone.

A beautiful quick stop over stay at Open Acres before an early morning flight. I wish we could have stayed longer, the setting was beautiful, the room was lovely and clean. My kids loved seeing the horses. Ben was welcoming and sorted transfer to the airport for the early hours. Would definitely return.
