Marianne was a wonderful host! She made us feel so welcome and at home. Her home and guest house was an absolute treasure, shame that we couldn’t stay longer. She provided us with so many helpful recommendations and we look forward to coming back one day. Would recommend to anyone, a very short drive to town too!

Coming back from an evening out, we found that the fireplace had been lit, so we settled down in its warm glow. Mark turned up while we were there and gave us permission to have a 'wee dram' from his collection of whiskies. A very pleasant way to end the day.
Quite clearly, the owners go out of their way to make their guests feel at home and their efforts pay dividends.

A clean and charming house at a very good location - a quiet street, 10 min walk from the city center and right next to a big supermarket. The reality is not different from the pictures and the description. The host is fantastic - very friendly and experienced - also available for a chat or a travel advice (if he is not busy making fresh coffee or preparing the perfect poached egg as part of the fantastic breakfast this place offers). I would gladly stay here again!
Great location, just 15/20 minutes walk from the city centre and still very quiet. The room was exactly as described and looked better in reality than the photos. The options for the continental breakfast were great, as was the host. Will definitely be back again and would highly recommend this accommodation

Great host, very close to city center, yet super quiet. We stayed in the lower room for three people and found it perfect for our needs.
I had a very comfortable stay at Moyness House and was delighted to find when I arrived that I'd been upgraded from a double room to a suite, so I had small sitting room as well as double bedroom and shower room all to myself. John was an excellent host and the house is in a great location for accessing Eden Court and the city centre but also benefits from being in a quiet residential area.
If you are looking for a great place to stay whilst in Inverness then look no further. Malcom and Maggie were absolutely brilliant; friendly and welcoming. The guest house is only 5 minutes walk from the city centre, yet it’s in a quiet street so you will get a goodnight sleep. Maggie’s makes a Michelin star breakfast to set you for the day. They are both great hosts and went above and beyond so that I enjoyed my time Inverness. I would definitely stay here again.
This is a charming bed and breakfast set in a beautiful garden with good views of Loch Ness. Chris and Elly were great hosts. Our room was large, comfortable clean and very quiet. Shall miss the multitude of chaffinches, bullfinches and siskins as well as the red squirrels that ate at the various feeding stations surrounding the conservatory at breakfast, which was freshly cooked and delicious. This a highly recommended place to stay. It has a great ambience and is set in an idyllic location.
