Very close to town centre but still quiet. The bedroom was more of a suite and was beautiful with double aspect. Everything was perfectly clean and very well presented, the bathroom was very modern. The breakfast was great and cooked by the owner who was incredibly helpful and friendly. My partner also got a birthday card waiting for her when we came downstairs on the day. A great Guest House with a great host.

Quiet and quaint but close enough to the seafront and local amenities for a comfortable stay. John and Wendy are great hosts and have an abundance of local knowledge and recommendations.
The Epperstone was absolutely wonderful. Charming guesthouse - recently refurbished. Everything in perfect order. Really friendly host. we stayed for 8 nights and had the pleasure of starting the day with a delicious Full English breakfast. The location is also perfect - close to everything Llandudno has to offer, yet far enough to get a quiet night’s sleep. Would love to come back!
Simon was the perfect host, nothing too much trouble. Lovely room, very clean. Breakfast was excellent, especially Simon's own cooked croissants! Great location, just away from the seafront in a quiet street but a few minutes away from beach, restaurants and shops. Not been to Llandudno for years but its lovely, charming promenade.
