Quirky, bed was comfy, easy self check in, owner provided places to eat after arriving. Breakfast was self serve, there was cereal, muffins, bacon and hard boiled eggs. Bread was also provided. In the kitchen was toaster and microwave. Jams, butter, milk and cheese were in the fridge. Beautiful views of the mountains (unless you're short like me, lol my partner enjoyed them though)

Breakfast was cooked perfectly and always, always served with a smile. There was a good selection of cereals, yoghurts and toast - jams, marmalade, Nutella, marmite. There was plenty of seating and two sittings which meant you never felt hurried. Additional toiletries, towels, etc were readily available through a 'help yourself' approach. The host checked regularly whether you needed anything and made suggestions about events and activities in the locality that may be of interest.

Excellent bed and breakfast with amazing views. Sean and Mary-Ann were great hosts. Very comfortable room and a very special breakfast. Sean helped with our luggage and made our stay extra special with his attention to detail, advice on the area, stories and humour. Lovely memories!
The property was in a great location and on a back road so quiet of an evening with no disturbance. Richard was extremely welcoming and a great host, the breakfast was terrific which we thoroughly looked forward to each morning. Richard provided local information for walks and best areas. The Courthouse really made our trip memorable and The Lawyers Room is great, comfiest bed (away from home)! Will definitely be visiting again - Rebecca & Alex
Great location - it was close to the city centre (2min walk) yet "far" enough to be serene and quiet
Breakfast spread is on point and Dave was a lovely host.
Rooms were clean and well maintained, and especially liked the water pressure of the shower head.
