Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach.

The old city is 200 meters from the guesthouse, while the beach is only 5 minutes walking. From the airport it takes 30 minutes by tram (stop at Durandy station and then it's 5 minutes walking) The staff were extremely nice. The location was great, in the old town, the room was spatious and the bathroom was splendid. everything was clean, there was no problem leaving my luggage there prior to check-in time and also after check-out. I came from the Nice airport and continued my journey from Vauban (with Flixbus), and both of those stations were easily reachable from/to the hostel. If I ever come to Nice again, this will be my go-to place for sure!

The hotel is on top of the restaurant Bistrot de La Marine and offers a fantastic view of the beach with a balcony. The weather was more than 30C every day but our room was nice and cool with the A/C. Our host, Nico, and all the staff (from the hosts to the chefs in the restaurant) were super nice and attentive. Our room was refreshed every day by the housekeeper and there was a mini fridge in the room, good Wi-fi, big TV, and a comfortable bed. The room was definitely better than we thought from the picture! There are lots of good restaurants and nightlife nearby and a nice shopping centre 30mins walk in St. Laurent du Var. The area is not central, which was even better as we avoided the crowded city centre, but still had easy transportation links to central Nice (2 stops by train) and Monaco (30mins on the same train). Other than that, you can also take a bus to St Paul du Vence or take a day trip to Cannes and Antibes, but you might be tempted to stay on the beach: enjoy the clear water and have drinks at the beach clubs or coffee and sweets in the boulangeries nearby.

Villa 35 de Saint Aygulf in Saint-Aygulf provides adults-only accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and a bar. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. There is a picnic area and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. The place is beautiful! All new and taken care of in all details. The pool and jacuzzi are stunning and always clean. Hosts have been very nice and we also had a nice dinner cooked by them. Absolutely recommend this place.

Located in Mouans-Sartoux, 6.5 km from Musee International de la Parfumerie, VILLA MATHIS offers accommodation with a hot tub. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. I liked the pool, it was Amazing. The room was beautiful and comfy.

The hosts were warm, friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were good with homemade breads, Sweets and jams with perfect cappuccinos!! A very quiet neighborhood and can reach restaurants and waterfront within 10min drive.
