Super friendly staff, very helpful and it felt like a welcoming environment to be in. Nice bar area and lounge area to chill out in. Everything was very clean and tidy and the hostel smelt nice of surf wax. Great location very close to the beach. Overall a great hostel to stay.

I like how the hotel had access to free water and coffee in the lobby and the vibe of the hotel was very quaint and quiet and boutique-ish. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. The cleanliness could do better but overall it was good :)

A clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, in a great location to explore this beautiful city. Maddi was a great host - friendly, welcoming and offered us a lot of advice and hints on things to do.
Great location. Great hosts, who met us on arrival and on departure they let us leave our bags in the apartment even after we had already checked out by remotely buzzing us back in. Nice spacious rooms and living area. The weather wasn’t nice enough to make use of the terrace, sadly.
The pension is located at the first floor in an elegant historical building, right at the border of the city centre and the stunning Playa de la Concha (just 5 minutes walk crossing the Kursaal Bridge). Room and bathroom were spacious with modern furnishings. The view from our balcony was so good, just in front of the sea and the Kursaal Center. Special mention for Leire, one of the hostesses who welcomed us in a very friendly and warm way providing us with lot of hint & tips.
We liked the quiet location, closeness to the bus station, the quirkiness, boutique style, cleanliness and decent facilities such as a kitchen for making capsule coffee and teas, fridges and fresh fruit out out for the guests and a lounge area. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location of the pension is perfect, just inside the old town, within a minutes walk of all the restaurants and bars. Our room had a lovely view over a square with a glimpse of the bay. Several terrasse cafes by the hotel front door where we had coffee and croissants for breakfast. Traditional building with modern lift installed within a charming old lift cage. Our hostess was welcoming and informative on a number of matters, such as recommending a restaurant that would be open mid-afternoon, and how to get a cheaper rate on our car-park.
