We definitely recommend it to everyone. *The place has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. *They offer food from a close by restaurant and it is delicious. *The pool is well keep and it is great for relaxing. *The location is the perfect middle point to everything (Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens is 10-15 minutes drive. Within 15 minutes walk you get to the harbor where you can cross by boat directly to Luxor temple or Karnak Temple). We both felt extremely welcome. Mahmoud, Mohammed and Ibrahim were amazing hosts, they speak good English and are very kind. Casa Loko can also arrange different tours for you.

Certain units in the guest house have private entrance and are equipped with desk and wardrobe. Some units feature a seating area and/or a balcony with an outdoor dining area. In some units there is a dressing room for guests to change in. The staff was very friendly and the son of the owner spent a long time having some nice talks with us.

I had no worries from the moment I arrived at the train station I was taken care of like family and greeted in the same fashion on my arrival at the hotel. Every arrangement was made seamless, hot air balloon, a fantastic and educated guide of temples, transportation and even helping to arrange my next stop in Aswan. The food was spectacular. The rooms clean, comfortable and quiet. A remarkable place.

Overlooking the Valley of the Kings, Scorpion House Luxor features accommodations with a Nubian décor. It offers free Wi-Fi in some rooms and a sun terrace. An airport shuttle is available upon request. The beautiful traditional design and warm, friendly hosts make this a guesthouse to remember. The home-cooked meals were really flavorful and the adjoining garden was an oasis of green on the West Bank. I hope to return again very soon.

At the hostel, each room includes a desk. Rooms are complete with a private bathroom fitted with a bidet, all rooms at Hoppa Guest House Nile View have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms are fitted with a balcony. At the accommodation the rooms include bed linen and towels. The owner and Bilal make a good stay. No hassle, good information, always available, but (!) not in your space. Hoppa is a very good, very cute, extremely friendly and comfortable place. 5 or 6 decent rooms with airconditioning, a really good and clean pool and a kitchen with all you need (fridge, stove, kitchen stuff) to make your own breakfast or otherwise. The good feel of old hippy times, but with 5 star facilities. Excellent warm showers! On the south end of Luxor, under ten minutes by taxi (50-100 EGP) in a quiet mosk free area with a square where local kids play later in the day. Easy to mix up with them.

Yasmine Guest House is situated in the West bank district of Luxor, 4.9 km from Medinet Habu Temple, 5.3 km from Deir el-Medina and 5.8 km from Valley of the Queens. The air-conditioned accommodation is 3.9 km from Colossi of Memnon. Luxor Train Station is 21 km from the guest house and Luxor Museum is 23 km away. I loved so much the stay here and the staff is awesome. Mohamed noby made our room very clean, he is so nice person. Nasser was a great host and his cousin Kareem is a great tour guide.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. I booked it just a day before my trip to Luxor, it was done in bit of a hurry but the cleanness got my eyes even though it didn’t have any reviews yet. It seemed just opened and I booked it and was a great decision. I arrived Luxor at almost 11pm and didn’t know that Uber isn’t so useful in this city, thankfully the host asked me if I need a pick-up in timely manner and I asked one, they were waiting for me at the very late time (the car was very old; from 1978 😅, but was fun experience overall) and was able to arrive safe and sound. The host was very proud of the brand new facility and I could see why, even though it’s not the ones like from the fanciest countries but I think it’s way better than the other expensive and old accommodations. And since I was planning to cram all the site-seeing in a day, I needed a car. And even though I didn’t do much research on what’s the fare fees for getting around especially in Luxor, after 6days in Egypt, kind of had a sense what’s too much and what’s not, and the host offered me an relatively reasonable price for the driver for west back and east bank, with felucca included. And the driver Mr. Mohamed was a nice elderly but with a good spirit and gave me some good introductions on the way to the sites. I guess it’s inevitable that even nicest people I met here also sometimes have to ask something more at the end (that has been happened all the time while I was staying in Egypt), but they never mean bad, all kind and genuine, and that really made me thankful for making my hectic day so wonderful and truly unforgettable.
