Ive been backpacking south america for aproximately 3 months and this is by far one of the nicest places ive stayed at. Super good and helpful hosts with everything. They will be glad to help you book trips or if there is any othwr issues. They also uppgraded our room to a better one because it was free at the moment. We decided to stay longer in banos because of the hotel and also that banos is a great place. The location is a bit off on the map but it takes like 10 mins to the city center by foot.

Great hostel, private rooms are spacious and clean, so many activities booked through the hostel at good prices, the drinks are cheap, laundry is super efficient, Sebastian is a great host and the evenings are really social and fun, would recommend!!
The staff was very kind, helpfull and took the time to explain everything. The hostal itself is spacios, colorful and clean. It is not directly in the City center (5min walk) but the fresh fruit/veggie market is just around the corner

Victor is a great host and the location is pretty perfect. Close enough to be within east walking distance of everything but far enough away from the square that it’s quieter than other spots.
