It is also at the foot of the historic town with so many amazing old houses and shops. We had dinner in the Aroma Cafe downstairs twice and delicious ice cream there several times. Fie, the owner, made us so comfortable and has she has such a welcoming personality. She also knew how to rent bikes and where to find the cinema. The shared bathroom was large and is shared with one other room. Having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. The kitchen was outfitted beyond compare with other properties where we have stayed.I have never seen a rolling pin in a kitchen before.

Bremerskov Forest is 2 km away. Odense city centre is a 30-minute drive from the inn. There was a lovely patio with garden furniture but because of the storm, we didn't use it. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking - and more. We loved the vintage feel and the original cupboards gave a true taste of authenticity. Even though the weather was bad, we had a great girly break reading the magazines and just relaxing.
