Nathalie Lamay as two of the most professional, competent and cooperative people I have ever dealt with in the hotel industry!! The cleanliness and the arrangements were outstandingly good, and Fr. Valtinat went way beyond the call of duty when she offered to serve breakfast to us half an hour early, just because my nephew had to catch an early flight!! We were duly handed our passes for the Schwetzingen Palace Garden almost soon as we had got to the hotel, and everything was so efficiently done as possible!! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone!!

Not only did he do everything he could to fix my car, as I was having trouble with my dashboard warning system (everything worked out fine in the end). He also invited my for pear schnapps in the evening. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. Nice terrace just outside the room. Good Greek restaurant connected to the hotel!
