Sofa in living room turns to kids double bed and its comfortable enough. We arrived in the middle of night without any problems. Keys were in outside box, beds prepared and details given in advance. We would recommend having a car as buses come once every hour. We had come to attend Oktoberfest so car was convenient and cheaper option than commuting via bus, metro etc. Overall, smooth and wonderful experience. The walk around the lake is long and beautiful :)
