Location and cleanliness of house. Was able to contact host on arrival as we had a small issue, but was quickly resolved.
We were greeted very warmly on arrival, everything we needed to know was clearly explained to us, and we even received a free welcome drink on our arrival! The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet (we had the family suite) and the selection for evening meals in the restaurant was more than adequate (a little on the pricey side though). Breakfast in the morning was superb.
Nice location in a quiet street close to the harbour - and not too far from the city center. As the hotel offered only bistro menu (pizza) I have been out for dinner at the restaurant "Zum Goldenen Anker" which is at the harbour just 300m away and the food was very nice. Check-in & check-out was easy and breakfast at the hotel was also good.

Excellently equipped vacation home with more than sufficient space for 2 people. Been there for 1 night only on our way back home from our motörised (<- intended) road trip through Scandinavia. Large living room with built-in kitchen and balkony. Clean and nice bath room with shower. Double-bedded large and comfy sleeping room. Quiet environment. Very kind personell, always helpful. Excellent breakfast. ALL THE STARS!
Spacious with room for 8 guests in a quiet location. Very clean with all possible utensils provided. Was a perfect base for a weekend in which to explore the island. Excellent communications and check in instructions from the host. Highly recommended
Superb accommodation -- it exceeded our expectations in all respects. Incredibly clean, spacious, and outfitted with everything possibly imaginable. Very tastefully decorated and bright; great balcony! Hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating in all regards. Location is great -- quiet, easily accessible for car and bike.
