A place hard to leave. Amazing place! I met many people that supposed to be just for one night and ended up extending for over a week, just like me. I ended up staying longer even changed my flight. The place has a friendly staff, the owners are lovely, with such a familiar vibe. Full-equipped kitchen, private bathrooms with soap in the dorm, personal fan, light, curtain, and net. Delicious breakfast. All clean. Accept card. Still have yoga, drinks and coffee, and water for free. Has a great location, close to the main beach, shops, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it for the vibe, the people you meet, super nice and chill place.

From the moment we were greeted by Germán, we knew the quality of our stay was important to him and his family. Germán took the time to sit with us with a map and orient us in the wider region of the Sierra Nevada and La Guajira province. If you like BIRDS or learning about local ecology and wildlife, you MUST book your tour with Germán. We had one of the best birding walks of our three month trip with his keen eye, beautiful storytelling, and kind and collaborative presence. Our room was very comfortable with a strong fan, comfy bed, great mosquito net, a cute little balcony, and clean private bathroom. The properties garden and communal space was lovely, though we didn’t make as much use out of it as it deserves as we spent most of our day out doing activities.

Zaida is a wonderful poet with positive vibes and energy . Louis ,her grandson, he was always with smile, speaks english fluently and shared usefull info about everything we asked.

It had great atmosphere and friendly staff, was always kept clean, had a stable wifi, comfy hammocks, and tons of options for breakfast to choose from. Highly recommend!
