Xidi Ancient Village, Yi
Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Huangshan Xidi Shang De Tang is a guest house set in a historic building in Yi, 44 km from Bright Summit Peak. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a family-friendly restaurant. The guest house has family rooms. Clean and comfortable place in the middle of Xidi town, with nice homely design and hot showers. Nice friendly dog called Xiao Pang.
Yi
The units come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fridge, a kettle, a walk-in shower, slippers and a desk. With a private bathroom equipped with a hair dryer, units at the guest house also have free WiFi, while selected rooms here will provide you with a terrace. At the guest house, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. I liked the friendlyness of the host and his eagerness to help. Also, he spoke English so communication was no problem. The interior of the apartment is really nice and traditional. In less than 10 minutes slow walking I was able to get to the Ancient town. PS: the ticket to the ancient town is valid for 3 days
Tunxi District, Huangshan
Only a 2-minute walk from the famous Old Street in Huangshan, Hui Boutique Hotel offers ancient Chinese-style architecture and wooden décor. Rustic wood walls, antique sculptures and Chinese calligraphies add to the charm of this hotel. The staff at boutique Hotel was very kind and helpful. Location is superb, comfort is good. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone visiting huangshuan

High Technology; able to ask Xiao Ai Tong Xue to assist in many room services. Hotel able to provide walking stick, and raincoat to climb the mountain. Free washer and dryer to use. Great location, next to bus station up the mountain. Chinese restaurant within the hotel serve veey nice food.
lovely and modern arranged hotel great location, quite near to HuangShan scenic area entrance and restaurants around, but quiet host Timo is awsome, very helpful and speaks perfect English amazing value for money
I was delighted with my stay. The experience of a hotel is obviously different than staying at this traditional house (e.g. colder, less comfy bed etc.) but this only added to the authentic charm. The position is fantastic, as I had my balcony on the high street. Clean environment. Loved the bed warmer. Communication with the host was superb in helping out with getting around the city. Would recommend to everyone. Great breakfast too.
Amazing location in Old Street area hard to find so call ahead or take the offer of collection. Wang is an amazing host take up the offer of private car to all the sites for the day cost 350 Yuan. Remember the electric blankets in winter months.
We were staying at the hotel before and after our trip to huangshan mountain. The host of the hotel was very supportive, he even booked me a doctors appointment and took great care of me. The hotel is located perfectly in the city center, the old street is reachable quickly and at night the room is quiet. I can highly recommend the hotel!
Great location (walking distance from Middle Hualbai rd / South Shanxi Rd subway lines). Fantastic split level room with thoughtful furnishings and a smart homely design and a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was great too. While staff didn’t speak great English, they helped me negotiate various Chinese apps to book tickets up there Shanghai tower. A great price too! Win win win.
Very clean and super helpful and friendly host. He helped us with our luggages and showed us where to find food at night. He also helped to arrange transportation for us to go around huangshan. The house is very clean despite it being a historical place. Very authentic chinese house. Thank you!
Great hotel in a great location. The owner and the staff could speak English, communication was easy and pleasant as they were very kind with us. Pick-up was just perfect. We also had the chance to try a traditional breakfast.
