    A mere 10 doesn’t do this gorgeous property any justice…it was excellent in every single way…incredibly clean and tidy, a huge very modern kitchen area, with all the mod cons you can imagine (including an ice maker machine)….the owner Akbar was an incredible host, highly intelligent and spoke fluent English…veery helpful, chatty and a lovely person….the place was simply exceptional

    This really is an excellent choice. Easily the best place to stay in Termez. The rooms are huge for the price you pay and it is in a quiet, residential suburb. Easy to grab a taxi outside to the city centre or airport but without all the noise and dust of the city centre. Just across the road is an excellent cafe and also a fish restaurant and a shop for supplies is just two minutes away. Very clean, friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast.

    The host was incredibly kind and generous. My private room was big and spacious, and common areas were large and well-kept, including both a beautiful garden and a combined kitchen/living area. The kitchen had all necessary amenities incl. complimentary cookies, tea, coffee, candy, etc. Bathrooms/showers were also very clean and everything worked perfectly. The host has created a true little oasis in Termez with this place.

    Incredible relaxing and quiet place to stay while exploring beautiful Termiz. In all my travels, Comfortable Home Stay had the nicest interior and common area as well as such helpful hosts that organized a fairly priced taxi to the archeological sites. It is so beautifully designed with a kitchen, massive TV, and even a guitar. This is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Termiz. I just wish I could have stayed longer!

    Very cozy and stylish homestay - with a boutique hotel feeling. Large rooms, clean bathrooms, great kitchen / lounge area. Having air-con (and taking naps during the day) helped a lot in this hot part of Uzbekistan. We were only 2 guests, but I can definitely see a group of friends or a bigger family stay here for some time. The host is living next door. She is a great person and helped me with arranging a driver and recommendations, one evening we went to a fish restaurant / farm together. I highly recommend this homestay!
