A perfect location in a quiet and safe area. The pool area was lovely. The kitchen is very well equipped. We used both the main bedroom and the sofa bed in the front room of the apartment. The host was very helpful and kind. Overall a great stay and I will definitely stay again.
Friendly hosts - carefully renovated and charming old villa in a quiet neighborhood. Furniture and accessories was chosen with care. Room was clean and had all you could wish for including complimentary robes etc.
We liked the apt inside, decorated with nice hotel furniture, it has everything you need (specially in the kitchen). Communication with host was easy and good internet. Very quiet inside the apartment, which was good.
Jing was a great host, she was very welcoming and super friendly. She even recommended us a few restaurants to have dinner and the didn´t disappoint at all. We end up seeing St. Pete from the pier and it was a beautiful experience. We loved to stay here for the night. The place is perfectly located, close to downtown and all the gastronomic offer of St. Pete. Everything was even better than pictures, super clean and confortable. We'll definitely come back. A great place to stay! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and check-in was very easy. The host Juan was communicative and very kind, he gave us all the information we needed. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. Short distances to the beach, restaurant, supermarket. Even beach equipment is provided. Great value for money!!! I recommend unreservedly. Thanks for wonderful days!
